On a GLP-1
What actually changed

Your appetite left. Your nutritional needs didn't.

Three things happen at once on a GLP-1, and only one of them gets talked about at the clinic.

  1. Food moves slower

Delayed gastric emptying is how the medication keeps you full. It's also why heaviness, bloating and irregularity show up alongside it. Nothing is broken — your digestion is keeping a new tempo.

  2. You eat far less

Smaller meals mean fewer chances to get what you need. The smaller each plate gets, the more each one has to carry. You're not eating badly. You're eating less.

  3. Nobody hands you a plan

You got a prescription and a dosing schedule. What you didn't get was a nutrition plan for the months your appetite is gone — which is the part you're left to work out alone.

Nutrition in the glass, digestion in the packet
Two products, one routine

Nutrition in the glass, digestion in the packet

Super Blue Green® — one scoop, stirred into water. A whole-food blend built on Organic Wild Microalgae™ (AFA) wild-harvested from Upper Klamath Lake, with organic wheat sprouts, chicory root fiber, plant-based enzymes, a twelve-strain probiotic blend, and reishi and lion's mane mushrooms.

Essentials — one packet, everything for the day. Five capsules, pre-portioned so there's nothing to count or organize: Acidophilus, Bifidus, a fifteen-enzyme digestive blend, and two capsules of pure Wild Microalgae™ — Body and Mind.

Plant-based enzymes support the breakdown of the food you do eat, and probiotics support a microbiome adjusting to a smaller, less varied intake.

What clinical literature says

Mayo Clinic Proceedings, 2025 A review of GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonist effects on the gastrointestinal tract reports that 40% to 70% of patients experience gastrointestinal adverse effects — nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, delayed gastric emptying — and states that management of gastrointestinal symptoms should begin with dietary modification: smaller and more frequent meals, adequate hydration, and avoidance of high-fat or high-sugar foods. What clinical literature says
Every ingredient, both products

What's actually in the bundle

No fillers, no long tail of trace-amount extras. When you're eating a fraction of what you used to, every ingredient has to earn the space it takes up — so here is the complete list for both products, and what each one is doing.

Super Blue Green® — the powder

  • Organic Wild Microalgae™ (AFA) — the foundation. Wild-harvested Aphanizomenon flos-aquae: phytonutrients, all twenty amino acids, whole-food B-vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids. Density is the point when the plate is small.
  • Fifteen plant-based enzymes — spanning protein, fat and carbohydrate, so everything on a smaller plate has something working on it. The reason this blend matters most when food is moving through you slowly.
  • Twelve-strain probiotic blendL. acidophilus DDS®-1, L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus, L. salivarius, L. casei, L. bulgaricus, L. paracasei, B. lactis, B. bifidum, B. breve, B. longum and S. thermophilus, across the upper and lower GI tract. A microbiome fed a smaller, less varied diet has less to work with; this gives it more.
  • Chicory root fiber (inulin) — the prebiotic that feeds those strains rather than adding to them, which is why the two are formulated together. Start with half a scoop if your digestion is already running slow.
  • Organic wheat sprouts — germinated grain. Fiber, active enzymes, and the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase.
  • Reishi mushroom — polysaccharides, beta-glucan and over 130 triterpenoids. Traditionally used to support the body's resilience under stress.
  • Lion's mane mushroomHericium erinaceus, studied for its role in nerve growth factor signalling.
  • Beet root fiber — the only remaining ingredient. That's the whole label.

Why Wild Microalgae™

One lake in Oregon. Since 1982.

Aphanizomenon flos-aquae is the only edible wild-harvested freshwater algae in the world, and it grows in commercial quantity in essentially one place: Upper Klamath Lake, fed by volcanic mineral sediment washing down off the Cascades. Nobody has managed to farm it. You either harvest it there or you don't have it.

We've been pulling it from the same water since 1982. Because it's a wild food, trust has to be earned with data rather than claimed — so every harvest is third-party tested and traceable from the lake to the bottle.

An honest comparison

Not a greens powder. A wild food.

Almost every greens powder on the shelf begins the same way — ingredients grown to order, blended to a spec, fifty to seventy-five of them, many present in amounts too small to matter. Ours begins with something nobody has ever managed to grow, and builds a short, deliberate formula around it.

  • The algae runs deep. Aphanizomenon flos-aquae carries all twenty amino acids, whole-food B-vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and the pigments that give it its colour — chlorophyll and phycocyanin. Not isolated compounds reassembled into a blend, but a whole organism that grew that way. It is the only edible wild freshwater algae harvested commercially anywhere on earth, and decades of attempts to farm it have failed.
  • Fifteen plant-based enzymes. Spanning protein, fat and carbohydrate, so everything on a smaller plate has something working on it. Enzymes are the part most greens powders leave out entirely — and the part that matters most when food is sitting longer than it used to.
  • Twelve probiotic strains, every one named. L. acidophilus DDS®-1, L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus, L. salivarius, L. casei, L. bulgaricus, L. paracasei, B. lactis, B. bifidum, B. breve, B. longum and S. thermophilus — covering the upper and lower GI tract, with the prebiotic fiber that feeds them built into the same scoop.
  • Together, that suits a GLP-1 routine. Density where the plate is small. Enzymes where digestion has slowed. Live cultures and the fiber to feed them where variety has dropped away. Three things happening at once, in twenty seconds, once a day.

Your gentle daily routine

Twenty seconds, every morning

No protocols, no pill organizers. One scoop, one pre-portioned packet, a full glass of water, and you're done for the day.

  1. Stir one scoop into water

Super Blue Green® goes into your morning water or smoothie. The serving is small on purpose — whole-food nutrient density means a little goes a long way on the days you're eating less. Some powder settles; stir before each sip.

  2. Take one Essentials packet alongside it

Everything for the day, already portioned. If your digestion is running slow, split the packet — a few capsules in the morning, the rest at dinner — for the first week. Both products contain prebiotic fiber, so start with half and drink plenty of water if you're sensitive.

  3. Stay consistent, stay patient

Daily rhythm matters more than any single dose. Most people anchor it to a habit they already have, coffee, vitamins, or that first glass of water, and let comfort build over time.

Setting expectations honestly

What the first two weeks actually look like

Most people quit a supplement in week one because they expected something by Thursday. Here's a realistic picture, so you can decide with your eyes open.

  1. Days 1–3 — go in slow

Half a scoop, half a packet, plenty of water. Both products contain prebiotic fiber, and if your digestion is already running slow, a full serving on day one is more than you need. Some people notice a little extra fullness while they adjust. That's normal, and it's why we say start at half.

  2. Days 4–10 — build to full, and anchor it

Move to a full scoop and a full packet if you're comfortable. This is the stretch where the routine either becomes automatic or quietly disappears — so attach it to something you already do without thinking. Coffee. Your medication day. That first glass of water.

  3. Day 11 onward — let consistency do the work

Everyone's body settles at its own pace, and results vary from person to person. Comfort tends to build gradually rather than arriving on a particular morning, which is the whole reason we built a twenty-second routine instead of a protocol. If it hasn't earned its place by day sixty, send it back.

Honest answers

Questions worth asking

Is it gentle on my stomach?

That's what it's built for. Super Blue Green® is a small whole-food serving, and Essentials can be split across the day. Both contain prebiotic fiber, so if your digestion is running slower than usual, start with half and drink plenty of water. Kind advice for any probiotic or fiber.

Five capsules feels like a lot. Is it?

It's one packet, not five decisions. The five capsules are pre-portioned so you're not counting pills or filling an organizer — and you can split the packet between morning and dinner if that sits better. Most people find one packet easier than the three or four bottles it replaces.

When should I take it?

Most people take it in the morning: one scoop stirred into water or a smoothie, one packet alongside. There's no strict protocol; the goal is simply a calm, repeatable moment you'll actually keep.

Can I take it with my medication?

These are food-based supplements, not medications, and they're meant to sit alongside your plan rather than change it. Even so, only your healthcare provider can speak to your specific situation, please check with them before adding any supplement, especially if you take a blood thinner or have a thyroid condition. We'd always rather you ask than guess.

How long until I feel a difference?

Everyone's body settles at its own pace, so this varies from person to person. Comfort tends to build with consistency rather than arriving all at once, which is why we designed the routine to be easy enough to keep every day. The two-week outline above is a realistic picture of how most people ease into it.

What's actually in it?

The complete list for both products is on this page under ‘What's actually in the bundle’ — thirteen named ingredients, no proprietary mystery blends. The products carry USDA Organic, Non-GMO and GMP Certified standards.

How does the subscription work?

Your bundle arrives once a month so the routine never lapses, at $90 per delivery — about $3 a day. You'll see the price and frequency before checkout, and you can pause, skip, or cancel online anytime in your account, no phone call required. Prefer to try it once? The one-time option is right above.

What if it's not for me?

Return it within 60 days for a full refund, opened or not. And if you subscribed, you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account. Stopping is as simple as starting.

Still have a question? It's always worth asking your provider before adding anything new.

A companion, not a replacement

Made to work alongside your plan

These are food-based supplements, not medications, and they're designed to complement the plan you and your healthcare provider have built, never to replace it. We'll always say so plainly.

Good to know

Please talk to your provider before adding any supplement, especially if any of the following apply to you:

  • You take a blood thinner, keep your vitamin K intake steady, and let your provider guide timing.
  • You have a thyroid condition, or take thyroid medication.
  • You're pregnant or nursing.
  • You've been diagnosed with gastroparesis or another motility condition.

Everyone's body responds differently, so results vary from person to person. Your provider sees your full picture, we don't, and we won't pretend to.
