The AFA Extraction Process

Wild Harvest
Science

Our microalgae regenerates naturally each year in Upper Klamath Lake — a pristine ecosystem whose headwaters originate in the unspoiled mountainous region near Crater Lake National Park. We don't farm it, we don't cultivate it, we don't synthesize it. Klamath Lake has produced this strain for thousands of years; we simply harvest what nature has already perfected.

Organic Wild Microalgae™ is a fragile organism. The window between harvest and preservation is measured in hours, not days. Our process moves each batch from harvest to cooling to multiple cleanings to water removal to fast-freezing and storage in a single uninterrupted chain — protecting the delicate balance of phycocyanin, chlorophyll, amino acids, and trace minerals that give whole-food nutrition its potency.

Every batch is verified to a single standard: excellence. We hold NSF GMP registration, GMP for Sport™ registration, USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher, and Halal certifications. Independent third-party labs confirm purity and potency before any product leaves our facility — not as a marketing checkbox, but because it's the only way we know to keep our promise.
