Shipping Returns

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping — 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated based on carrier, order weight and volume, and destination, and are displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions.

New Earth ships to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks of shipment. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid fees or failed delivery, the cost incurred to retrieve the package may be deducted from any applicable refund and replacement orders may not be issued.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress. You may also access real-time order tracking from within your account dashboard under Orders. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@newearth.com.

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If you notice an error, damage, or quality concern, please notify our support team within 3 days of delivery by calling 800.800.1300 or emailing support@newearth.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to discuss resolution options. We are committed to making every experience right.

Subscription orders are processed and shipped on the schedule you select at checkout. You may modify your subscription frequency, skip a delivery, or cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled processing date to take effect for that cycle.
