Routine Architecture
How to stack and stagger so the formulas compound
Supplements taken at the wrong time are not just weaker — they can actively block each other. The body has discrete absorption windows, pH gates, and enzyme cycles. A routine engineered around those windows compounds: each pill carries the previous one further. This is the same logic behind the master protocols our long-term members run for years.
Empty stomach — phycocyanin absorbs cleanest
Probiotics first, before food acidity rises
Active enzymes activate with the food they help break down
Mushroom blends + cellular support pre-sleep
The morning anchor.
Open the day with wild AFA on an empty stomach. The fasted state is the only time of day when the GI tract is calm enough for phycocyanin and the full pigment matrix to absorb without interference from food proteins or bile acids. Wait fifteen minutes, then take your probiotic capsule. The acidity of your meal will then rise to meet the live cultures already in transit — exactly the conditions they evolved to populate.
Enzymes belong with their substrate.
Active enzymes are not absorbed into the body — they activate in the GI tract to break down food. Take them with a meal, ideally the heaviest meal of the day. Protease cleaves protein, amylase cleaves starch, lipase cleaves fat. Pairing them with the meal they are designed to digest is the entire optimization. Take them apart from food and you are wasting both the enzyme and the meal.
Sleep is when the work happens.
The body does its repair work overnight: cellular turnover, immune patrol, neural consolidation. The evening dose of mushroom blends — reishi, lions mane, cordyceps — delivers polysaccharides and triterpenes that downregulate inflammation and support overnight recovery. Stack with your cellular support formula 30-60 minutes before bed. Day 30 you will feel the difference. Day 90 it becomes baseline.
